The New Coach Connection invites you to listen to this dynamic panel discussion as working coaches talk about their professional preparation. Get real answers, to your questions and find out what certification is all about ... now and in the future.
A special guest on this call was Dr. Patrick Williams of the Institute for Life Coach Training, who shared his view on the future of coaching. Patrick discussed some new initiatives to help the public become more aware of the nature and value of coaching from the International Coach Federation.
In addition, Sali Taylor, lead certifier for the International Association of Coaches, discussed how to obtain certification from this relatively new coach credentialing organization.
The rest of the panel members are REAL working coaches who are members of the New Coach Connection community. They shared what they valued from their training programs/experiences, and answered questions from the facilitator and the participants.
