It seems that all coaches have to run their own businesses, doesn't it? What if you're not cut out to do that? There are plenty of people who don't want to run a business - and that doesn't include all the people who don't have the skills or experience for it.

Is there another way to be a coach?

Yes, there is. And Emily Roach is living proof of it. Emily dreamed of coaching full-time for five years. Six months ago that dream became a reality. Emily now coaches full-time inside a company - and she created that position for herself.

Emily received her MA from Bowling Green State University in Counseling and her BA in Communications. An avid learner and a dedicated student of the School of Coaching, Emily received her training through the Graduate School of Coaching. Emily is working towards accreditation through the ICF. Her passion and joy is found in liberating people and helping them to find themselves in a more whole way – allowing them to be more fully alive.
