You’re feeling happy, scared, excited, anxious, and more. At times, you may feel confident in your approach to coaching, and yet sometimes you’re not sure that you’re ready to face each client’s specific needs. Or perhaps you’re not sure where to go next. Certainly, other coaches have experienced needs just like these.

It would be great to find out what other coaches do, wouldn't it? And also to learn more about handling those specific client situations. You could even find out how other coaches handle situations that you haven’t encountered – yet.

Being a professional includes continuing education. But how do coaches continue to learn how to coach AND how to get those masterful skills? Besides spending even more money on training?

The Skill Building Call will be held on a regular basis (bi-monthly) and may include discussing a coaching case study, listening to an actual coach-the-coach session, and asking and getting answers to your specific coaching questions. More often than not, it will include an opportunity for you to coach or be coached as well as a chance to listen to varying styles of coaching by participants. This is a very 'hands-on' call with lots of coaching practice. Marion's style is to refrain from solutions but rather to discover the underlying root cause of the challenge presented so that permanent change can occur. In this way, the solutions become a by-product of that discovery - usually by the client without any further coaching needed.
 
The Skill Building Call will be free for members and their guests (no limit on the number of guests). Each call will be recorded and posted on the NCC website. If you miss the live call and choose to listen to the recorded call, you’ll be charged US $5.00 to listen to it online.

The NCC very much prefers that you attend the live call – active participation is the best way to learn. We also know that sometimes it’s just not possible to attend the live call. So we’re offering the recorded call at a nominal fee – to help you remember to attend the live call if you can AND to help the NCC support itself.
